[ARCHIVED] Mobile COVID-19 Clinic April 14 - Register Now

Click to register for the COVID 19 Vaccine Clinic April 14 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Click here to register for the mobile COVID- 19 vaccine clinic on April 14, 2021. The event will be held at Wellington Town Hall, 3735 Cleveland Avenue. The Johnson and Johnson one-dose vaccine will be administered to those registered who are 18 years of age and older. Insurance is not required.
