While this is a know issue, I wish to publicly add my voice in support of the very real safety need for a barrier between I-25 and the eastern frontage road. It is basic common sense that the lack of such a safety barrier will cause more tragedy then that we have already experienced this year along this stretch of I-25. Every night the eastern expansion communities residents of Wellington drive home from work and school. To access this community they must drive southbound from the Wellington overpass on the eastern frontage road (@50 miles per hour) to the drivers righthand passengers in vehicles are less then 10 feet from oncoming I-25 northbound traffic moving at speeds upward of 75 miles per hour. At night especially, this is a very, very, clear and present dangerous mix. It is basic common sense that Wellington, CDOT, the State, and the Federal Government should rally to find a timely solution to this very real public safety concern for families of our expanding town.

I like the new town website and there is a tone of great info but I have noticed that the minutes for town meetings are not being uploaded. I see them for meeting in 2014 but not for 2015 meetings....

All of the agendas are online but if none of the minutes. I'm sure that there is probably just a back log and it takes some time to get them input into the system. If you I am missing something and they are online already some one please let me know where.

I think with the growth of our town, instead of having the two lights that stack up traffic all the way up down the ramp, a 5 sided roundabout would eliminate that load & cut down wait times all day...
