As a food truck owner you can apply for a General Business License - Food Truck / Vendor business license type.
Yes. In-home daycares, by state statute, cannot be treated differently than any other residential property. All residential properties conducting home occupations are required to register their home occupations with the Town by completing a general business license - Home Occupation.
Businesses that provide a service in Wellington are asked to complete a General Business License - Outside of Town Limits. Although you operate out of your home, the Town does not regulate Home Occupations outside of Wellington's jurisdiction.
No, Business Licenses are nontransferable and non-assignable. If you sell your business to another entity, that new entity must apply for a separate Business License.
Contractors should complete a Contractor License with the Town.
